Physiotherapy & Exercise
We take your individual differences seriously — emotions, needs, postural habits, movement patterns, stress levels, trauma history, nutrition and how you feel during sessions as a result of all of these.
We know these factors can vary from person to person and significantly affect overall health.
We plan your sessions around these differences and work with you one to one.
What we do
Ten distinct practices, one approach: building a safe, sustainable relationship with your body.

For pain, injury and post-operative recovery, evidence-based assessment guides tailored exercise programmes built around your needs.

With a physiotherapist, we work on alignment, breath control, body awareness and visual-system activation — building strength and tone.

With a physiotherapist, exercises are planned to match your needs and physical capacity. Correct breath and movement control develop body awareness, balance, strength and mobility.

Focused on noticing the body’s signals and understanding the nervous system’s needs. We support a stronger relationship with your body and a greater sense of physical safety.

Hands-on manual techniques and, when needed, assistive devices are selected according to your needs. Applications help reduce movement restriction, muscle tension, spasm and pain.

Techniques aimed at reducing pain, spasm and tension in muscles, joints and the spine. The goal is to support movement comfort and restore a sense of ease and flow in the body.

A holistic practice supporting physical wellbeing by reducing muscle tension, physical fatigue and mental stress.

Sessions that support a gentler, safer relationship with the body, working with bodily sensations and personal boundaries. Practices to widen tolerance and support nervous-system regulation are handled with care.

Through movement and bodily sensation, attention is directed to the present moment and embodied experience. Sensory awareness develops; practices help you feel safer in your body and support nervous-system regulation.

In-person or online workshops and events create a community space to learn, explore and share around body, mind and wellbeing.
Our approach

We do not run a standard programme. Every body has a different history, needs, daily life and recovery path. That is why we plan the process around the whole person — not only pain or a single problem.
We do not assess the body’s responses through muscles, joints or movement alone. Nervous-system state, body awareness and a sense of safety are part of the process. Our aim is to create a space where you can rebuild a safe relationship with your body.
The process begins by getting to know you. Early sessions start with a detailed initial consultation, postural analysis and clinical assessment. Past issues, daily life and current health are evaluated together. Your progress is tracked regularly and your programme is updated as your needs change.
We build a process that fits you — not a ready-made programme. Two people with the same diagnosis or similar complaints may need very different support. Session content is shaped around your body’s needs, your goals, daily life and how you are on that day.
We provide the support you need first, then widen your movement options. If you have a health issue or active pain, we start with individual sessions. Once you have the support you need and your condition allows, you may move to duet Clinical Pilates for two. Group Clinical Pilates sessions are also capped at two people, so we can follow your movement closely and give immediate feedback when needed.
Our aim is not only for you to feel better today, but to manage your body better tomorrow. Alongside pain management, we work with you on daily habits, movement strategies and appropriate exercise. We aim for you to listen to your body, understand its needs and make movement a sustainable part of everyday life.
How it works
We listen to your concerns, movement habits and goals, then carry out a detailed physical assessment.
We build a plan with you: which discipline, how often and at what intensity you will work.
We measure your progress regularly and adjust the programme whenever it is needed.
